Students can apply for GNIPST through exams like WBJEE, JEE MAIN and CEE AMPAI. The cutoff for these exams varies every year, therefore the interested students should make an idea of the cutoff marks beforehand and thereby undergo the process of counselling.

The course of B.pharm is for 4 years covering 8 semesters. Within these 4 years, various subjects related to the pharmacy will be taught, numerous practicals are conducted, semester based internal exams, regular basis viva of practical work, end-sem theory, as well as practical exams, grand viva and final year project work, are also conducted to help students get a clear knowledge and vision of the career they are pursuing. Faculty members are quite friendly and encouraging. They try their best to attain our problems and mitigate them. They teach us simply and interestingly for us students to grasp the concepts. Even in the period of Covid-19 lockdown they made videos of the study materials and conducted online classes. They also arrange various industrial tours and guide us in the project work for the final year.

There is no internships and stipends scheme at the bachelor's level but according to my knowledge at the master's level, they give a certain amount of stipend per month as well as internship opportunities which is really helpful for the students at later stages.

We get training both in industrial and academic level to get flourished at later stages. Big companies like CIPLA, SUN PHARMA, GSK, LUPIN, etc. visit our college frequently for the placement of our seniors. We are also supported and encouraged by an organisation of alumni members who are all well placed in different big companies.

About 3.5 lakhs is estimated over 4 years. The fee structure is quite reasonable and affordable according to me. There are facilities for giving semester fees in instalments. There is no such scholarship scheme at bachelor level as per my knowledge but at master's level they give a certain amount of stipend per month to each student which is really helpful

Infrastructure is quite good with well developed and well equipped lab facilities. Classrooms are large, clean and well maintained. The library is vast, well equipped with books, journals and sessional question papers. GNIPST belongs to a few of the colleges in Kolkata with the best campuses. They are vast and full of lush full greenery. Events like freshers, fests, tech fests, annual sports, Gururnanak Jayanti celebrations occur every year, occasions like these are glorious and mesmerizing.
