Remarks

I applied in Delhi University and as per my percentage I got Ramanujan College,Kalkaji.Igot admitted in the 2nd cutoff of Delhi University in Ramanujan College and there was no councelling process in that to get admitted.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to do B.com Honors since I was in class 12th.Our faculty ratio is 1:7.The faculty ofmy college is really good ,active and appreciable.Most of my teachers have done doctrate in their subjects.Our 1st semester exams were in March and all the papers were easy except the exam of Financial Accounting which was pretty difficult.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Ramanujan College provides internships everyday to the students. Internships for every student as per their interests.Some of the internships are paid and some are unpaid depend upon comany to company.I have not grab this opportunity yet so I don't know much about it but yes what I heard from other students is that the internships are really smooth and provide comfortable work as per students.

Placement Experience

Students of 3rd year are eligible for campus placement.Companies like Amazon, Microsoft ,Wipro, KPMJ, etc. 40%-50% students got the campus placement every year.Highest package is 7L and average 4Lp.a.I am thinking of doing MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of Delhi University is always up to the mark and appreciable for giving high standard facilities with top class degree in minimal fees. I have not applied in any of the internships yet but yes thinking of doing so very soon.Right now as in these critical times we dint get any scholarships yet but after the situation become stable we'll try to get that by participating in our best fields

Campus Life

There are many fests which my college organizes in a year.Every year one celebrity fest is also there.And many other fest in 2-3 months are organised by the college.There are thousands of books available in our library.If I talk about my classrooms they are also pretty good and desks are also comfortable. Playground is not very large but there are many extra curricular activities available in our college in each and every field.There are many societies we have like DNA(for dance), Brush strokes (for art),Firstcut(for film making),Bhangra, Ramanujan e cell, and many more.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Honest review of SLC

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

This college isn't what I chose first of all. It's based on nta's allocation system in accordance to your cuet scores. The other colleges like srcc might outperform my College in terms of sheer placements and exposure to real world. No there's no rejection system under cuet.
