Remarks
There are three ways through which you can get admission in this college.First one is any entrance exam like wbjee ,jee etc, second is the ampii exam which is the exam taken by the college for the students who does not have given the entrance exam and the third one is through management quota. For admission through management quota there are some criteria like students must 45% in PCM.
Course Curriculum Overview
Like you all i also use to thought that engineering means you have to choose CSE as stream .Without it we can't get any job .But no my friend that is completely wrong .Now a days every stream like ECE,Civil all are having equal demand in the market .Yes one thing you have to keep in mind before choosing any stream and the thing is that think after 5 or 7 year what will be market demand. Then according to that you choose your stream .And one more thing please choose what you like don't copy from anyone that your frnd is doing this then why not you .No dear that is not the seen here bcoz for 4 years you have to study that stuff so choose accordingly.This is the last chance to make your future like you want. Faculty is excellent . If you are facing any problem regarding the subjects you can call the faculty members at anytime time. I am sharing my experience with you all like in assignment I was not able to solve a problem then I texted sir how to solve this he literally called me.
Internships Opportunities
Approximately 80% of students get placement in this course due to a huge number of it demand. The highest salary will be 5lpa average may be 3.6lpa and the lowest is 2.4 LPA More about 40% of students get any internship Top recruiting companies are Capegemini, Tata consultancy services, Wipro, and many other it companies.

At JIS College of Engineering, 30% of students of mechanical engineering got placed in MNCs. The highest salary offered is 40,000 per month, and the lowest salary is 18,000 per month. If you get admission through the entrance rank or tfw the fee is not a big deal .But if you are getting admission through management quota then you should have a well family background . Bcoz fees of this college is quite high as it is an autonomous college .
Campus Life
Sorry guys I can't comment on the college life bcoz the time I get admission in this college there is lockdown. But except the college facilities we are getting all possible shorts of facilities like we get our books which is provided from the library in every semester.College organizes some curriculum activities online like quiz competition, debate competition,dance competition , drawing competition, singing competition,Tech fests etc which are organised by various clubs of the college.
