Well, I've applied for several colleges but the facilities, infrastructures and way of teaching that Brainware University provides forced me to take admission to this college. To get admission one should have to crack WBJEE, a state-level exam with a good score. One can apply for this college online. The counselling process is conducted based on score. Once you got selected then you will be eligible to get admission to this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Brainware University is a private university recognized by UGC. And it has more than 30 years of experience in the IT field. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is a special program of this university. Here, all the faculties are very experienced and very professional, especially in the IT field. All the faculties are very helpful and the way of teaching of most of the faculties is very unique and quite attractive. There are some exams besides the semester exams like class tests, seminars, and another test also. One can easily crack that exam including the semester because all notes and lecture videos are provided in the student forum and one can access them anytime.
Internships Opportunities
Well, if I talk about the internship. Then I should tell that this university doesn't provide good internship. If you want to take good internships you have applied on your own. Whatever internships that had been provided, those are paid internship and some of them are goods. But overall this university doesn't provide a good internship.
Placement Experience
Well, if I talk about the placement cell of this university. The faculties in the placements cell are very experienced and very active. From day one they provide the training to make us ready for the job. From the 7th semester onwards the students become eligible for campus placements. Here, in this university companies like AMAZON, BYJU'S, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA, BANDHAN BANK etc come to hier students. The percentage of placement of this university is more than 90%. The average package is 3.5 lakh per annum. And highest package offered to this university is 12 lakh CTC per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well, the total estimated cost is needed to complete this course is 349000. But here university provides some scholarships to the students based on their score of (10+2). Student can apply for all sort of government or non-government scholarships from there. Here, we have to pay each semester fees in two phases. And we need to pay nearly 23000 for each phase excluding exam fees. The placement cell is very active in this college.
Campus Life
The campus environment is very pure and natural. Here you find all sort of indoor and outdoor games like carrom, cricket, football and many others sports. Here, you find a food canteen and cafeteria. And also in campus wifi facility is available here. There are some social groups, technical clubs in which one can take the membership and can boost up his/her skills in the particular domain.
