Best Private College in Bengal for Engineering

The admission process for 2020 was tedious almost, it took 3 months this time due to covid for admissions. But generally, it is done within 1 month.No I haven't availed any quota, but there are quotas as per govt rules for students. Admission in our college can be done via WBJEE, JEE Main, Management quota(80% reserved through WBJEE), minimum marks around 80-90 in WBJEE required to get for top branches, it depends on ranking every year(if under 3000-3500, you are confident to get top branches here, like CSE, IT, ECE). The Counseling was done this year online and we are allotted colleges as per score, it is done in 3 rounds

ECE is one of the renowned branches here. The student ratio is good 1 teacher to 55 students, but good enough to learn. Professors are well qualified with some pursuing PhD and some are doctorate already. Teaching is done now in online mode, they are helping to provide good quality notes, and PPT. 2 class tests are taken, then semester. Paper for examination is moderate, depends on hard work by students.

7th sem jobs available.TCS, WIPRO, etc come. 4 LPAis average. Max is 37 LPA.85% students are placed. I will do MS after Btech. Infosys, DLF come too.CSE,ECE,IT are placed max. Students are prepared for the same.

Fees in HIT are less than any other pvt college in the country. It's around 5 lakhs in 4 years. Scholarships are not provided. Internships are provided in the 3rd year for students. Eminent companies come here for placements 85-90% of students get placed every year 4 LPA is the average package.

Eclecia and Utsav are fests. It depends on the time of occurrence. Classrooms have projectors. They are well furnished. Cricket, Soccer is played. Different clubs for dance , music are there.The coding club is best. It also has a giant library.
