Admission was based on JEE mains rank through hstes. The first candidate has to register for admission in hstes then merit list was out on basis of mains rank. There were three rounds for admission followed by physical counselling. If you were selected for any course in the first three rounds then have to visit University for document verification and fees submission. After these, physical counselling was there. You have to fill separate form for that. If you were eligible for any branch change or any course, the document was verified at the spot and admission done after fees submission.

I was interested in studying electronics so I opted for ece. Faculties are good at their knowledge and help to solve any problem or doubt anytime. The teaching method is traditional like teacher teaching on the blackboard but many smart classes have been installed. There are three examinations per semester and some unit test and assignment for internal marks. Out of three two sessional exams having half syllabus covered and in the end semester examination.

I'm a second year student not interned yet. But my seniors are placed in good companies on campus placement drive. They have been working as engineers and experiencing the industry world along with experts under their guidance

The annual fest is elements culmyca conducted in April. Both cultural and technical events are conducted in it Other than its foundation day is celebrated in September it's also a platform for both cultural and technical events with welcoming freshers. There are many technical, social, cultural and sports clubs in university to enhance co-curriculum activities.

Separate hostel for boys and girls. Hostel charges 20000 for rent per year and 2500 for girls n 3500 for boys per month as mess fees. A room is shared by 4 girls and in boys, it's 3. Mess food is average in taste but for nutritional. You can register for the hostel at the hostel desk in the same hall where counselling is conducted. Other than that many pg are also available outside the campus at an affordable range
