Harmony of Life-College Life

I have been offered seats at Teja Sakthi college, the Hindusthan Institute of Technology, and the info institute of technology. I have chosen Hindusthan for its reputation. The minimum mark with which the admissions closed in counseling was 800 with a 68% cut-off.

I am interested in Space Education and had a great passion to learn and design space vehicles and so I chose ECE. Every 25 students are guided by a tutor and tutors were easily approachable and friendly. The faculties were so helpful and encouraging by all means. Staffs always pamper us in a comfortable zone to ask queries on topics during the course of discussions. The exam was conducted every month and they were quite easy to pass. Faculties teach us from a practical point of view that helped us a lot during our semester exams.

We were suggested to take an intership at BSNL and were also given suggestions at various other companies with stipends. We were able to analyze the sending units at BSNL and we also designed an Automatic door locking system that helped in designing my final year project with the internship stuff like a basic resource. We designed an Automation system to automated the entire organization/unit using raspberry pi. We also visited C-Dac during our industrial visit and had a wholesome experience in knowing more inside the unit.

Eligible and capable candidates were allowed to attend placements from their 6th semester. Many companies including CTS, TCS, and many other ITs and Non-IT companies visited during polling. Faculties also supported and encouraged us during the placements and the highest package was 7.2 lakhs/annum. About 60% of the total strength got placed in either the IT or Non-IT sectors. Few were also selected in core domains for internship. Later they were taken into the company as employees. I got placed in two companies, One IT and a Non IT but I was interested in joining the Space sector to chase my dreams. Now I am a space educator and part of Space4Women Network.

The fee structure was 70000/year and the first graduates were provided with fee concessions and scholarships. Students were also helped with getting bank loans for their studies. I was placed in an IT company and a Non-IT company during our placements. We were provided with special training for our better performance. Many companies pool at our college and the deserving candidate is afforded a job or internship during the course of pooling. The staffs suggest companies and a few off-campus drives were also provided and most of the faculties encouraged us in getting placed in placements

We had cultural fests every year and tech fest was conducted twice a year. Conferences and seminars were held thrice every semester. We were encouraged to participate and volunteer for the fest and we were provided with a hand full of knowledge meanwhile. Scholars from ISRO, DRDO, and Higher officials of Top MNCs and Ph.D. scholars present their ideas and experience at the seminar which are worth a million. The campus Life was awesome as we had an eco-friendly environment with greenery around our campus. We were provided with OD for research purposes and few extracurricular activities. We were guided by friendly staff until we do not break the rules and norms of college. We were not restricted by any diversities and were treated the same at all means.
