The admission process was astounding. I have applied to multiple Mumbai-based colleges including Hinduja College, Jai Hind College, KC College, and etc for the B.sc-IT course. I was able to clear the criteria for admission to Hinduja College and KC College respectively but I was unable to clear at Jai Hind College due to fewer marks in Mathematics. I have later started with a comparative analysis between Hinduja and KC college in terms of everything, including college progressive status, extra-curriculum records, and etc. Since each college has its own marks criteria for admission to different courses. For eg. my criteria for been selected as a B.sc-IT student in Jai hind college was last 64% in Math's, Hinduja College was last 50% in Math's and last but not the least KC College with 40% in Maths. Math's percentage was prioritized above the rest of all subjects for the B.sc-IT course. After Analyzing everything about Colleges, I finally selected KC college for my B.sc-IT course.

Since childhood, I was always been fascinated with computer applications (S/H) and then I have started trying to learn more about computers so Bsc-IT was the subject I selected to learn more about software and hardware. The ratio between faculty and student is always gonna be at a moderate level. The qualifications of all the teachers were exceptional. Their teaching methods were always been remarkable. Our students were able to understand all the difficult topics in our subject and all credit goes to our respective teachers. BSc-IT course is 3 years, including 6 semesters, and each semester is used to conduct after every six months, including internals. It was easy to clear all the examinations with distinct marks.

Internships available with our college are in good numbers for specific students with their respective skills. Internships can provide you to join the IT company with a good package only after you do IT-related intern and not of the box. the paid internship or unpaid internship both do provide job as well for students with high performance within the span of time provided during internship. The internship could vary as per your interest as a developer, tester, tech support, and etc.

From the 1st year itself, students can start applying for internships from outside. The college will start providing job/internship after the completion of the 2nd year to all students who are eligible after passing the aptitude test for respective companies. many companies and start-up do visit our college to do a workshop or seminars for awareness of job role fir required students. IT Companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys do take students from KC college after they passed out with no backlog. The average salary for fresher could vary from 3 LPA - max reach to any IT company. The percentage of students who get the job is 70%-99%. My plan after under-graduation is to do post-graduation abroad.

The fee structure varies for every course and for every quota. For BSc-IT the fee structure was 24350 per year for 3 years. The scholarship is available for up to 50 students minimum and also get internship opportunity from KC college. I got an opportunity to do an internship with KC college as a Technical assistant after I pursued BSc-IT.

The fest called KIRAN is an intra-level fest that takes place every year at the month October-November for min 5-6 days. This fest includes 4-5 departments in combine to make this a successful fest which includes Fies-Tron, systematic chaos, spectrum, blitzkrieg, and joule. Our both the campus got a huge room for the library and has a wide variety of books available for all students. The amenities available in classrooms are the table chair, lights, fan, and AC. All kinds of sports are provided by KC college for students to embrace and empower their skills particularly. Extra-curricular activities are also done through different social clubs available on our campus which include Marathi Mandal, Scope, NSS, and etc.
