This is a Very Good College. I was taking admission to this college in 2018. Before Admission I gave WBJEE. But here many opportunities are there for SC, ST caste. And who do not give WBJEE or any entrance exam via expo or other engineering entrance exam they can admit. Via counseling, they can admit or the Direct Admission opportunity is there. Minimum 50 to 60 percent marks required in 12th and 10th class minimum 18 age required for taking Admission.

Because of Admission in this stream, one of my faculty discuss this stream of IT, and I filled it. This is a great stream and I took admission in this stream to our College, JIS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING. There is a very good bond between students and teachers. Teachers are very helpful. Even after college time over they contact us with WhatsApp. This means I want to say whenever I have any doubt related to our subject they help us online. Many of the teachers or faculty highly qualified. And complete their B. Tech from this college and Mtech from other good colleges. After the semester-end, they organized even and odd sem exams. If any student reads carefully and listens to the teacher's class and concentrates, the students can pass the exam easily.

TCS, AWS, etc. Many projects we have to make during the 4th year of B. Tech. Like Some web development projects. For 1st-year physics-related projects are there. And for 2nd and 3rd and 4th many software-related projects we have to make. As for the outcome, we become Industry ready. And we can gain good knowledge about that project and we able to know works of many software. And this is helpful for the future to create another project.

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. TCS, Cognizant, ITC INFOTECH, WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, MINDTREE, CAPGEMINI, SERVICES, WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, BARIZA SOFTWARE, CHEGG INDIA. offer 3 lakh to 6 lakh packages per annum. 50 to 60 students got placement. Doing a good job.

SC, ST, OBC scholarships are there. Depends on their TFW rank they can take admission with less investment . Many Scholarships for girls students are there. And others intership opportunity is there. If any student did his or her intership they get a stipend. Financial Assistance and some other facilities are also available.

Our College organized the JIS TECH fest annually. And also annually sports competition are organized by our college team. Our College provides us a good library from where we can study anything about the curriculum or beyond that. Our College provides a good library and lots of good books and journals present there. Our College also provides Flipped online classroom that is very interesting than a traditional classroom. There are many extracurricular activities we have to perform during 4th year B. Tech for gathering mandatory additional marks. So many extracurricular activities are there to perform. Student-Run photoshop or National survey scheme is there.
