Remarks

I had to show my previous marks that's all. Age is not required, only asked for 12th passing certificate. There was no counseling. I had not applied for any Quota. I applied only to this college since it was nearby and I wanted to pursue CA on the side.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is good as basic for higher studies. 30:1 was student-faculty ratio They were well qualified - some had a masters degree and some PhD Every 1.5 months there were exams. Easy to pass if previous papers are analyzed.

Class Size: 25Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 5th semester they are allowed for placements. Few big companies and small companies also participate in placements 3.5 lakhs would be one of the higher packages. Placements are around 90% but not necessarily accepted. Plans are to study further for MBA

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees were not hiked for our batch but for junior batches it was increased . Scholarships were given for minority and needful students, the procedure was a bit lengthy and tedious but possible and available.

Campus Life

There are fests from different departments open to all and inter-department fests also. Freshers day etc also were conducted well. The library is available on two floors and a vast variety of books. Classrooms have a projector and a board to write on. there is a basketball court not much opportunity for sports. There are various clubs and auditions to get in.

The college provides placements from various top notch companies like Deloitte, EY, Tanishq, Titan , Wipro and more. The Average package is 5 lakhs and most students get placed. Whoever doesn't, they choose to study further .

Perfect for Online Programs

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rat 8/10 as the course was pretty good, I learnt eaverything in my B.com, whether its abut marketing, finance, sales , accounts. So basically it included everything a student needs in their graduation. I suggest that there should have been regular classes with encourages student teacher interaction.

Presidency University offers 95% placements for the students of different departments. They offer placements for all different departments. The placements starts from 1st semester it self. Many top companies come to presidency University like the big 4 companies, Deloitte, long, ey, and pwc. Apart from these we also have many other top mnc companies visiting our college for the placements.

MY COLLEGE MY BEST DAYS

Remarks:

In our period it was prestigious to study commerce stream in our college and had good rating for the course and the for students who passed out from that college. The management had good lot of concern about the poorer section of the society and hence kept the fee structure at a very nominal level and thus help to get education for all

Well it was the best days in life I had with friends

Remarks:

They need to improve little infrastructure .they are improving but still need to do. They also have to put some efforts to help students excel in their overall development and rest everything is fine here in canara, i loved studying in this college. Faculties are also good,friendly in nature.
