A good to learn place

I got this college from CAP- Admission process. I had a thought in mind that if there is such an excellent college in my locality then why to go out searching for excellence in college if I have to learn the same thing everywhere. So I opted for this college. I got the Tfws scheme applied on my CET score. I had a counselling session on the first day which was really good. There was a cutoff list of marks varied for different depts.

I chose computer science ad my domain due to my interest in coding and problem solving skills. The curriculum is good and supportive and also the faculties are very co-operative and are experts in their respective subjects. Term exams were always on time and the syllabus was described in advance so used to get time to study.

The training and Placement cell of the college is very active and always tries to bring internship opportunities to the student. In pandemic too student are getting promoted for doing virtual internships and physicals ones too

From sem 7 students are able to appear in the college placements. Companies offer good placements with good CTCs. Still, it lacks in attracting MNCs towards it. Many mid cap companies come for placement. I plan for masters after I complete my degree.

The fee for general category student is around 1.10 Lakh. Students can avail EBC scheme if applicable. College provides scholarships to the toppers of every dept every year. Also, there is the scheme for the ENTC dept. To pay only Rs.5k/year as a fee.

Campus life is too good here. Situated in the Konkan region surrounded by greenery everywhere. The library is well maintained. Synergy is the annual fest and Shodh is a technical fest. They are too joyous. Sports are held everywhere. There are clubs of every dept. Who arrange diff dept and college level sessions.
