For me there are no much bad remarks about my college and almost all good remarks have been asked in the above mentioned questions and i have answered those well.
Entrance Preview
I had attended the keam entrance examination where i had scored an average marks and the reason to why i chose this course is tat i love to be a mechanical engineer.All of this is just my passion for the cars n bikes.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum as from my opinion is good at our college. In the 6th semester we are provided with elective subjects for which we have given the chance to chose our wish. Well! The syllabus also makes us more to lern upto death of the subject. According to me, the teaching pattern of our college is well established and successful.
Internships Opportunities
Our college does not provide internship from the college as such, but they support and help us to find places and to do internships. They instead give us many opportunities to have industrial visits and they arrange for it.
Placement Experience
About the placement cell of our college its well established and provide almost 95% placement. Almost all students get placed at our college placements. Good companies are also approaching our college for campus placements. Almost all familiar companies which provides a good salary n are efficient are coming for placement in our campus.
College Events
We have lots of events held in our college as the technical fests named bharatham and one another technical fest named as nautilus all of which includes a wide variety of technical events. Our college also supports us for inter college tech fests. We also gave arts fest and other events held.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible and its 85000rs only per annum. It includes a special fee of 10000rs along with the tuition fees of 75000rs. This is the amount that the government also permits for all government aided colleges to collect from students. In any government aided self financing college like ours, the fee structure is same.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes i know that the college has offered loan facilities for the students who are in need of fund for their education and for the minority communities there are scholarships provided by the government which our college supports.
Campus Life
Campus life seems awesome whicg i may miss a few years later. This is the time that we enjoy the most. The classes, events, friends, etc. All seems very interesting. In our college there is no racial or sexual discrimination. All are having equal opportunities and roles.
Hostel Facilities
I am not able to rate the hostel facilities and about mess food at hostel since i am a day scolar. I always go to college from my home and come back and i hear my friends saying about these hostel facilities of our college hostels. I heard that the food is good and all necessary facilities are provided.
Alumni/Alumna
I am not much familiar with the alumini of our college. There are aluminis held at our college and most of the passed out batches gather at college and parties are held for them.
Exam Structure
For us, since we belong to mahatma gandhi university, we have the exam pattern according to the university. We have about 2 series exams and one university exam. The mark pattern is such that an internal gets added to the score of university exam and the percentage calculations are made by taking both scores.
Admission
I got the admission for btech mechanical engineering course at federal institute of science and technology based on the management merit score i accured. The process was as same as for all colleges nowadays. It was a formal one and we had to submit many forms and certificates there and a sum amount for admission.
Faculty
Faculty of our college are well known about the topics that they are supposed to teach us. They are well prepared for the classes and make sure that we have clearly captured what they teach us. They are also guiding us towards success which makes our dreams to fly high.
