i had applied for nits and some private institutions like bits and IIIT Hyderabad but i want to do computer engineering which i was not getting in any of these collages. i god addmission on the basis of my 12th board exams due to covid period online addmission process held in which there no counseling held

due to umpteen opportunities in this field, I choose the computer engineering branch. the faculty-student is around 1:17. all the faculty members have a minimum degree of members in which some have PhD degree study too after a period of 6 months our end sem exam held in which the difficulty level was moderate

if companies like san disk,Cisco,ABC, and many more companies provide internships to students for a period of about 6 to 8 months and students can apply for internships at the end of 2nd year or mid of 3rd year. projects done by students help them to enhance their skills and build their resume for their job in future preferences

students are eligible for their placement at 6th sem onwards ver 200+ companies visit thapar every year like Amazon,oracle,adidas,nike and many more the highest package around 46 lakh and the average pay is 6 to 8 lakh. around 90% of students got placed I plan to do my job after my degree

being a private institution thapar has slightly more fees than another university it has around 25 lakh total for 4 yeats including hostel. all the scholarships announced by the govt are also giving in thapar also and there is one girl child scholarship too

saturnalia thapars annual festivals which conduct in the month of September and food fest which conducts in the month of October. thapar has a very big library in which there are thousands of books and 100 of cds for student work. ita classroom has a fully ac hall with a good sound system and projector for students presentation or understanding. it also has a variety of sports complexes like football, volleyball, badminton, cricket and many more.
