Remarks

The admission criteria were based on the CET rank conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth University. To get admission in this college , you need to attend BVU CET exam .Centres are available all across India . First 1000 rank of students are selected for first day councelling and so on. 0-1000 - First day 1000-2000 - second day 2000-3000 - Third day 3000-4000 - Forth day 4000-5000 - Fifth day And so on. CS/ IT/EnTC / Electronics have good placement record . Go for it . You'll easily get these branches if your rank is below 2000. You'll easily get CS/IT for rank below 500. Admission process is Ok ok . Not very transparent and not very Updated . I'd say get admitted to this college only if you get CS/IT/EnTC. Otherwise it's just a waste of money and time . The staff and Professors are not very good . The life at BVP is certainly a plus point because of the whole atmosphere . Best Campus life indeed. Teachers are strict and you'll get Backlogs and even Year Downs if you don't study well

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course Curriculum is very good. I chose this course because I was interested in it. Later on, I switched my course. The facilities are okay but not very good. They lack fluency in English and are not very good with students. They're more like ' it's government job for them ' Most of the faculty members are just M.tech students from the same University or so who are Associate Professors. The high-level professors are very well thought. They have deep knowledge in their respective fields and are excellent communicators. Term exams like Unit tests happen every 1-2 months followed by end semester exams. And passing these exams is not easy. If you think you can pass these exams from the overnight study, you should possibly not join this institution. You'll have to study well for exams and prepare for the best. The best part is the Library as it is very well Equipped and seniors are also helpful. You'll get all the past previous year question papers from the library and can score good marks

Internships Opportunities

1.5

Not very good when it comes to internships at this college as this college doesn't provide internships. This is very bad about this college. You'll have to get an internship all by yourself if you're getting admitted to this college. I myself had to arrange for an internship all by myself. The final year project is something that is very important and the project guides are very good. They'll help you at every step and guide you through events. My project guide was very helpful to me.

Placement Experience

2.5

If you're coming to this college for placements . Forget those if you're not from CS/IT/EC . Students get to participate for placements from the Fifth semester exams as well. If you're from CS/IT . You'll definitely be placed in one of the top MNCs of India and even abroad . The lowest placements is about 3.6 LPA and not lower than that . Average placements are around 4 LPA and you it is okay . Highest placements can be as high as 21 LPA , which my friend received from an MNC from Dubai. So it just depends on you and your overall performance . What you do in your 4 years is what matters . Most of the Students form CS/IT/ ENTC / ELECTRONICS get placed . I'd say around 70% of the students get placed easily in TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO , HCL and various other top MNCs that visit the college during placement season. Plan for a job after getting this degree .

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not get any scholarships though the professors will let you know about the various scholarships and how to apply for them to the what's app group that every class has. There are various ways to get those if you belong from SC/ST or OBC with lower income background . The on campus job is actually upto you and you can easily grab them if you've had a good career record and knowledge about various fields . The college provides for various options but it is not an easy puzzle to solve. The college will only provide assistance to you if you're have excellent academics . Not much to say about the college as most of the recruitments that happened in my field was just baseless from Sales job and less of Engineering jobs . This is just real facts that nobody will tell . Internships are easy m the college helps around 7-8 students for very 70-80 students which is very less help , so you'll have to use your sources and not depend upon the college.

Campus Life

5

The best part here is the social groups around the campus. There are various clubs like the Rotaract club, the Leo Club, and an entrepreneurial group as well which are run by students. There is also a NETWORK SECURITY group which is excellent and it teaches students about IT and programming. The best thing about this college is that they have various groups like the Literary Council. The arts and Dramatics club and many other. You'll definitely have the best of your time. You just need to explore them all. Rotaract and Leo clubs are also good clubs and groups as they conduct various events on social awareness and things like that. Various sports events are also organized here with reputed sponsors like 'RedBull '. The basketball event called the fireball and The football event called the Futfive is among the trending ones that you'll love and enjoy the best

Hostel Facilities

4

You need not worry about PGs or rented rooms around as there are a plethora of available options around. The university is located in Katraj which is very famous for students and you can easily find one of them of your choice. There are even private brokers there, which will help you do the searching. Prices can be high. But the facilities are worth it. Hostel Life is the best life and BVP hostel is one of the best places to be. But here's a catch. Only first-year students are allowed for hostel and after that, you need to have your own accommodation . This is a very good thing that happens here because of this there is no possibility of ragging in the hostel and also because of this , you learn how to survive on your own at places you never thought you will.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
