Best opportunity for making youself ready for corporate industry based on Geography

I have applied to Calcutta University but did not get the opportunity in the main campus and Jadavpur University chose to take their home stuents for the ongoing M.Sc. course. The minimum maerks required for eligibility in Adamas University is 50% with no backlog papers. I have not availed any quota during the admission and have received no facilities and the admission was based purely on the basis of my merit score. The formost criteria is that the students must pass the entrance examination of the Adamas University geography department which on qualifying there is a confirmed seat registetred on your name on submission of our admission plus first semester fee.

I wanted to do higher education in geography as I have completed a bachelor's in this subject only. The department ensures minimum student so that individual effort can be put on every student and make us corporate ready. The faculty members are extremely friendly and the communication mode is very comfortable. The exams are conducted twice every year that is the semester wise and mid-semester exams and internal assessments are also conducted

The department provides opportunities to do a summer internship in the second semester of the course as well as a 6 month internship in the last semester. The department also provides opportunities for publications. The companies that offer internship opportunities are Opsis, Natmo.

The placements are offered in the last six months of the master's degree course. All the well-known national and international companies visit the campus to explore the quality and help in giving them a good job career. 80% of the students are given placements.
