Remarks

1. NIT and JUIT only. I was getting architecture in NIT but CS in JUIT. 2. They often vary according to cutoff. 3. It was super smooth. everything was clear and transparent.

Course Curriculum Overview

1. The course is in demand. 2. Youll never run out of subject experts. Nearly every subject have 4 to 5 faculty memebers. 3. All I can say is best in class. Name any major instiution of india atleat 2 will be from there. 4. Always in time even in lockdown. They were a bit above average.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

1. Placement starts from the 5th and 6th semesters. 2. A lot of the companies come for placement. Mainly amazon TCS Infosys cognizant etc. The placement percentage is 120% of prev. year. (120% means single student received more than 1 offer) 3. Highest is 31 LPA and average is 7LPA 4. 120 of per year,

Fees and Financial Aid

1. No even in a lockdown they cut down the fee to 80000 and didn't charge the hostel fee. 2. There are a lot of companies like Infosys, TCS, Amazon, and many more. (I'm in my 3rd year).

Campus Life

1. Le feistus and Murious are the fests. 2. I bet this will be the best library you've ever been to and really believe me I've been to many libraries. 3. Prakram- Sports fest. nearly 20 teams from diff colleges compete there. 4. There are nearly 5-6 of them.

Hostel Facilities

1. Desk, bed with mattress, chair, 2 cupboards, almirah with locker fan and hot air blower. 2. You may know about some cases of food poisoning in 2015 16 probably but now its hotel like. 3. Super easy and done with admission. 4. There are available but I didn't rent one.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Interview Experience

1. No only counseling according to jee or 12th board marks.

Chandigarh-based companies or the startups, and training institutes come here. Companies like Meander Software, Bebo Technologies, Novem Control, BookingKoala - Sales Hungary, etc. companies come. Average package is 3.8 LPA, and 50% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is working in an IT company.

yes they povide placements. After 6th sem, means in 7th sem you are eligible for placement and apply for companies based on their requirements. Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon and many more visits every year. Highest is the PPO of 93 lakhs and placement of 60 lakhs. around 93% are placed who registers for placements Average CTC is around in between 18 to 22 lakhs

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks for college like the environment in kangra Himachal Pradesh is best in the area. There are dhauladar hill ranges infront for college and fress air of hilly areas are good for students.

Jaypee university of information technology solan

I applied for Chitkara, Cu, Du, HPU, SRM etc and the main reason I choose this college is because of the studies, placement and location. The study culuter in this unversity is very good as compared to other university . The student Teacher ratio not very large as compared to the other university which give every students a chance to stand out and get better results . I got acceptance from cu , du and 2 or 3 other colleges. Yes i also got rejections from colleges like SRM , VIT for not scoring a good percentile in jee and the fees and cost of living there i svery high as compare to JUIT . The admission process is very easy students can apply on the basis of their boards marks or on the basis of their JEE exams as well . After that students can attend the counselling sessions where they can vbisit the college get to know about the college . the admission staff is very helpful and they guide the students and family step by step throught out the whole process....Read More

JUIT- beautiful place

I applied in thapar, jiit, juit and Manipal. I got admission in all of them but I chose juit. I didn't go to jiit because my parents thought that environment of juit would be better. Also they were a bit hesitant to me living in Delhi for my graduation as people are very young during graduation. Didn't choose manipal as juit was better in every aspect other than placements. Didn't choose thapar because of high fee structure but almost similar quality of education...Read More

Juit is good

I had got admission in Jaypee noida but in 128 sector and also stream was IT which I didn't preferred so I left that.
