Remarks
The council took three to four merit lists to prepare the full list of candidates. The process was a little slow as it took almost 2 months to confirm the admission. The receipt after the payment of the fee is used as proof for the registration. The cutoff marks depend on every year & the Seat matrix also varies.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty Student ratio is approx. 1:18. As being a Government University, the faculty is highly qualified with Assistant Professors and Guest Lecturers. The Faculty board is not updated with the online modules of Teaching & Examination as most of them are elderly with over 20 years of teaching experience. The term exams are conducted twice in one academic year with moderate difficulty.
Internships Opportunities
Since I have just crossed 1st year of my college, the internship and clarification related to those is not known. As heard from the seniors of the same course & pass-outs, the Internship opportunities are often not provided directly from the college rather the professors & faculty inform the students about internships that are taking place off-campus and make them prepare for that.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee for my course is 15000/yr which is cheap compared to other colleges in India offering this course. The Library & Lab are maintained with help of the State Government fundings. The Scholarships provided by the State & Central government only are granted for Admission.
Campus Life
As my College life was pretty much taken on the Online module for obvious reasons, so I didn't get a chance to explore the Classroom & Campus life or witness the Fests or Sports that takes place. There are many Clubs & Groups in the Campus run by students but I didn't get a chance to join them or see their works. Hope I will be able to give an update on this issue later :)
