One of the best teaching faculties in the segment

For applying in this college, we have to register in the OJEE counseling process which after registration will show the college's you are eligible for depending on your JEE Main marks (and OJEE marks if you haven't given JEE Main and if you have JEE Main marks would get the priority).While the OJEE counseling process , there are quotas for females, SC,ST,Green Card , Residents of Odisha etc. There are rounds in the counselling process after which you can carry on with the admission process in the mentioned college. The admission process was held in two ways i.e offline and online . For online reporting , you had to upload all the necessary details , documents . And for offline you have to submit the documents and pay a minimum amount to admit in that college. The counselling process was smooth there were separate departments for separate things you just have to look for the respective rooms and proceed accordingly.

I had an interest in technology from the start. And if I had to choose from the alternatives , it was computer science for sure , I also opted Computer Science as my optional in my 11th and 12th and was also pretty good at it. This made me choose Computer Science and Engineering. The teacher Student ratio is pretty decent i e it's about 56 students in a class . The faculty is also highly qualified , most of them have completed their PhD , have a decent amount of experience .When it comes to teaching it will undoubtedly give you the best experience. The institute follows a schedule for all its examination which is issued around the commencement of the semester and it is followed accordingly .The results are also published around the mentioned date. For each semester, they have 2 exams i.e mid-term/mid-sem and End-term . The questions were of moderate level and usually comes from the teacher's notes and materials only. An average person could pass easily .

From the 3rd year i.e around the 6th semester, the students are eligible for campus placement . Most of the companies which come to Silicon are service based companies ( for cs/it students) . The highest package previous year came from the ECE BRANCH from synopsis . There are also facilities of pool Campus drives through which many students crack higher LPA IN Amazon or other product based companies. The average package is of 2-4 LPA . Companies such as TCS, Infosys , wipro are mass recruiters , some product based companies also recruit . There's Cognizant as well which in recent years have recruited some students. The percentage of students getting placed is around 60-70% . After getting the degree from this college I would try to upskill myself and try for product based companies.

For localities, the fees is around 1.5 lakh per year for B.Tech . As it is a private institute , the fees is significantly lower than all the decent private institutes present in this segment. The cost to study is average here cosnidering the fact that it is a provate institute .

Haven't personally attended due to this pandemic situation but the annual fest i.e NOESIS and ZYGON was held in the month of February having a duration of 3 days . The Library has all sorts of books and it also has a e-library which actually provides systems that has study materials one could browse through and read . There's no issue in availability of books , the student can choose the amount of days he/she wants the book for and issue it using his/her Id card. The institute has a variety of clubs like sports club , coding club (SWITCH) , ROBOTICS Club(SRC) , MEDIA CELL , gymnasium , creative clubs , ZEAL etc. and many more
