A Brief introduction about J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology

I applied for JC Bose University of Science and Technology as I availed rank 2 for my BTech lateral entry so I didn't think of applying to any other university. The criteria which are mainly followed is an entrance exam that is LEET but due to covid, our criteria changed to the % basis. (Aggregate of all the 3 yrs of the diploma) min percentage for the general category was a minimum of 87%. The admission process was online due to covid and so was the counseling based on the rank card.

As I had internet in technologies so I opted to go into more depth in the field of Technology. The qualifications staff are Ph.D. Exams were also online so it was not a difficult task to clear exams.

Flipkart, Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft, and many more. Product-based companies provide internships with an average stipend of 30000 to 50000. University had made it compulsory for each and every student to intern in at least one company for placement.

Internships are available in the 6th sem. Placements in 3rd year. Companies like google, amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, HCL, tcs, etc many MNCs visit the university campus. The highest package was 32 lakh and the average package is about 4 to.5 lakh. My plan is to get placed in a leading MCS like Microsoft, google, amazon or adobe.

The fee is affordable and if someone wants to pay in installments then one can go for it. University provides the facility of paying fees in installments and also at loans. Scholarships are for Sc/St category. The highest package was about 32 lakh and the average package is 4 to 5 lakh.

Elments Culmyca is the fest. Conducted every year. Books are available at a pretty good ratio. Various clubs are there for coding, dancing, art, ethics club, etc. Various sports are available like basketball, badminton, etc.
