Remarks
My college name is Sri Aurobindo College (Delhi University). I got admission on the cut-off basis in Bachelor of commerce & I had applied under obc quota. As such, there is no admission process we just need to register on the official website of Delhi university and they will release the cut-off and we have to see in which college we are matching and then we have to submit the document to the college and they'll give you the enrollment no. and they proceed the further formalities. After getting admission to Delhi university they will officially announce the date of the semester begins on the website.
Course Curriculum Overview
There is a semester-wise examination which was supposed to be held in every sixth-month completion. It was not at all difficult to pass the examination but you certainly need to do a study to score good marks.
Internships Opportunities
If you are good at writing and speaking skills and you have creative ideas in your head then the internship cell is always ready to give opportunities to these children with the stipends and letter of recommendation to students which can help them in the future.
Placement Experience
Campus placement is excellent in Sri Aurobindo College, reputed companies visited the campus like E.Y, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, Banking sector, etc. Last year's highest package was appx 15 lacs. Students need to score good marks in their semester to avail the offer by companies and clear the procedure to be placed in the companies. After completing my graduation I want to join the banking sector.
Fees and Financial Aid
In Bachelor of commerce, we were supposed to pay annual fees which amounted to approximately 5000-6000. Though it's a nominal sum to pay. So I was happy with my fee structure. Though there are many scholarships available on campus I haven't applied to any.
Campus Life
The annual fest is being organized in mid of the semester in which the famous personality is being invited to just make the fest more enthusiastic and most of the college students participated in the function in different events such as singing, dancing, drama, etc. In my college, I could avail all sorts of books in the library which is supposed to return within a week after reading otherwise we have to pay fine accordingly. There are different societies in college i.e dance, singing, sports, drama, social welfare, etc and student become part of these societies by their interest level and these societies are being run by the college students only.
