I took CET exam and I scored 106. I opted this college because MIT is a famous learning institute in Pune. It has a very good reputation. Also the ambience is very good the campus is very pleasing. These qualities lured me into opting this college.

The course structure is exam oriented. We don't do much of research. Research is limited to the project that we do. But this is how the university has planned the structure of course.The course is good we get a lot of technical knowledge.The electives I took for my last semester were cloud computing and business intelligence. This semester I have opted for Information storage and retrieval and Internet of Things.

Yes, in campus placements there were some companies providing internship as well. I don't remember the names of the companies. I didn't apply for internships. I just applied for full time jobs. The general stipend as I remember was about 6 to 9 months.

The placement opportunities are very good in my college. The placements are still taking place for this year so right now I can't state the exact number. But around 75% of all students or almost 100% of the eligible ones get placed every year.Infosys, TCS ,Wipro,Cognizant and Accenture are the bulk recruiters, with salaries averaging at 3.5 lakh per annum. Arohan is the cultural fest of my college. This is very grand. There are dance events , skits, street plays, and many other events in Arohan. Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) hosts a massive national level sports festival called Summit every year. The technical event is Tesla .Tesla has many technical competitions in it like computer treasure hunt over the Internet, coding competitions and many others.

The fee structure is feasible. It is 92,450 for open category. I have seen other colleges having more expensive fee structures withe even less facilities. So comparatively ours is not expensive. And the facilities that they provide are very good so I am good with the fees. For quality education we can definitely pay.

Scholarship for caste categories is all I know about. I have no knowledge about other scholarships. Also for people who are from economically backward classes have scholarship. I heard there is some exchange kind of scholarship too.

The gender ratio is good like equal for my branch. For freshers there is Fresher's party which gets organized every year. That is a lot of fun.The crowd is friendly and amiable.There are many workshops which are organised like robotics workshop, ethical hacking workshop etc. Every year the bhartiya chatra sansad takes place in my college .

The seniors are very helpful. If we ask them for any help they immediately help us out. I had good interaction with alumni. The college had organised an alumni meet in third year where we could meet the college alumni and learn from their experiences, ask them anything regards to placement etc. And they were extremely helpful. I was glad I attended the alumni meet .

The exam structure is hectic. We have exams very frequently and this means we keep working hard all year round. Right now according to the university 2012 pattern we have a mid sem end sem pattern . So after two months we have one exam. So this means we need to work constantly.

I got admissions in June just after CET results were out.The admission process was very easy. We had to fill a form . Actually there were multiple forms . But they give it in a stapled booklet form. So we have to fill out all forms and then submit it to the administration.The college administration is very friendly. They are very helpful and guide us in every possible way.

The faculty of my college is extremely knowledgeable. They really have knowledge of their subject. They always try their best to make us understand the concepts . They make use of presentations to simplify concepts. The lab assistants are also very helpful.
