Everyone need to write Keam(Kerala engineering architecture medical) entrance exam for entering to RSET. For getting computer science and engineering course you should have ranked above 3000 approximately in keam.But there are some categories you like minority,SC /ST ,OBC,etc where u need only Lesser ranks for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
Every semester has 2 internal exams and 1 final End semester exam. There are 8 semesters altogether. The exams are bit difficult. But if you have a good timetable in life you can easily pass. End semester exam is the most important exam and you need 40% for pass.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like wipro, South indian bank, amazon, infosys etc are the major companies looks in rajagiri school of engineering and technology. The Jobs will be placed on the basis of the cgpa the student got in previous year.The salary starts from 15000.
Placement Experience
Companies start looking for students from the 3rd year onwards. Infosys, Amazon, etc are the companies that mainly come. You should clear all the supplies before the companies look for students. The majority of the students will get placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees should be paid before entering the next year. Full-year fees that is approximately 97000 should be paid altogether. College is also providing scholarships on the basis of Keam score in the first year. But for continuing the scholarship next year you should get a specified cgpa of eg above 8.5 in the previous year.
Campus Life
College provides a tech-fest once in every year. College Library is very good and provides plenty of study materials in a free cost. The College campus contains a big cricket ground, football ground, basketball court, gym. IEDC, IEEE, Jesus youth, and many more social groups are active in this college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are of average quality. But it provides good food except for breakfast. Breakfast is on average quality. The hostel provides a good wifi connection. Except for Fridays, all other days provide both nonveg. Students can choose either veg or nonveg food. Registration for the hostel will be opened after you complete the college admission procedure. Hostel fees is above 85000, a bit costly is the fees.
Interview Experience
Keam is the entrance exam for admission. If you get admission through centralized allotment by the Kerala government there is no interview or gd. But if you are an NRI student there is an interview process where the sir will ask maths questions mainly integration and differentiation questions.
