Remarks
I didn't avail any quota for admission. Got admission at 93.25% (best four) and got it at the 6th cut-off list. There is no eligibility as such for age. The admission process was quite smooth. The counseling session was kept for the entire batch in which detail to every course was explained.
Course Curriculum Overview
My college was affiliated with the central university and the university used to release datasheets for term exams and they used to be held on time. It was not really difficult to pass if you have attended the classes properly and given the internals.
Internships Opportunities
The placement cell of our college is quite active and there are many internship opportunities as well for the students. The role offered are mostly marketing and content writing, editing, and staff accountant. Companies like tres vista offer such opportunities.
Placement Experience
At the start of the final year, students become eligible for sitting in placements. The average package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies like KPMG, EY, Genpact, etc. Visit the campus and 80% of students get placement. Also, apart from the college placement cell, there is a central placement cell as well for the entire university in which the students can register and sit for multiple placement and internship opportunities.
Fees and Financial Aid
Since it's a government college and the main advantage we got was of fees. The college yearly fees were minimal. At my time, it was 8000 per annum. There were opportunities for scholarships too. Placement and internship opportunities were also provided to the students.
Campus Life
The life at the campus is super amazing. The crowd is very nice. In fact, the college fest is very famous among all the colleges of Delhi University. The course books and other books were available in the library. There are a lot of extracurricular societies to explore one's interests and likes. Though the infrastructure wasn't up to the mark.
