My experience at a college where neither the college nor the branch i studied exists

I had applied for various colleges all over Maharashtra through a centralized admission process (cap rounds). I got admitted into Maharashtra Institute of technology which is now MIT WPU in the general category i.e didn't avail any quota. The process for admission was was quite simple just had to fill the form and wait for my turn for further proceedings such as tuition fees, hostel fees, etc.

I chose the petrochemical concentration as I was quite interested in chemistry and the stuff that goes around it intrigued me quite a lot. the faculty in the department was also pretty good, knowledgeable and ready to help out the students anytime if needed. Exams and related stuff were in alignment with the circulars the were handed out from the main university.

Placements across all branches had basic criteria of 60% an above, some departments had the companies for the students some didn't, eg the civil branch didn't have any placement assistance, on the other hand for CS and IT departments a lot of companies came to offer jobs to students.

The fee structure was quite simple, but the fee hike was quite a lot to absorb as it increased every year until the fourth year. there were hardly any opportunities for scholarship, but opportunities for campus placements were there in industry related companies nearby.

Life at the campus was pretty chill, counting the yearly fest, various competitions, the library and also the infrastructure both in and out was amazing too including classrooms, clubs for different sports activities conducted, etc.

The hostel facility wasn't that good as it was not inside the college campus we had to travel every day to go and actually attend the college, other than that the meal quality provided wasn't any treat either compared to what they charged, the fees for hosted including the meal was 75k at that time when I enrolled.
