Remarks
I had applied to Shyam Lal College from Delhi University on DU portal. First I do registration in Delhi University then proceed with merit based cutoff. Minimum cutoff to be have for admission in bcom Hons in Shyam Lal College is 94%. Admission process is very easy and there is no counselling for it. After registration when I receive mail and details from Delhi University when the cutoffs are coming then I open my duportal and check cutoffs and apply in those cutoff in which I am eligible.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is good. Teachers are very knowledgeable and understandable. I chose this course in Shyam Lal College because I am from commerce background and this is one of the finest course that du provides. There is need to know about commerce in depth. During online classes we understand less concepts as compared to offline classes. The course curriculum is much relevant and helpful in making students ready for their placements as well as internships. College faculty members are very qualified and educated. Exams are conducted in two semesters in a year. Exams are an on average basis like student can give them by studying in last 1 week.
Internships Opportunities
The college placement cell provides various internship opportunities to the students like companies in unnati, hundred Plus, viral fission, Prometheus, etc. There is an annual job fair and internship drive and apart from that various internship drives for the students.

About 80% of the students were placed in this course. All the essential things provided by our college like a good Wi-Fi connection, hygienic environment, shuttle service, neat and clean surroundings, etc. Campus has a well-developed football ground and a huge badminton court. Canteen provide nutritious food at affordable prices. Campus has a good crowd. Good infrastructure is provided. Medical facilities are also provided at good level. There is a decent infrastructure of this college. Library facilities also available. First are also organised in our college.
