Entrance Preview
No entrance test is required in DU. B.com pass is being alloted on basis of cut off list and it takes 12th class marks into consideration. At 2004 it was 78 percent for best of three subjects.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was the same curriculum over years in DU not much practically in those courses . I used to whole heartedly get into the pat year papers and get notes of important topics from teacher .And that would be sufficient for getting good marks. Infact i used to be the topper in my class throughout my academics without much of efforts. Just smart studies was that i required.
Internships Opportunities
No there is no official was of college providing internship. However one can unofficially ask for lecturers for help and guidance. I got internship on my own but the industry and company choices were discussed with faculty.
Placement Experience
No official placement plans and garanteed by DU college .But it depends on college reputation that you might get placement out of campus based on the reputation of your own college. However since B.Com pass gives u an over view of what all in commence has in store.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes college does have bank branch in it which time to time puts up camp for loan facility however since fee is very low .very less people out for loans.
Exam Structure
The main exams are held once an year generally april , may .However these have 75 percent weightage . Rest 25 percent has been awarded to internal examinations for internal exams you have to go the full courses that helps in main examination in april.
