College Review

The admission process was quite good. For the admission inquiry, we can use an online website or the app, and also we can directly contact the college. There are many reservations criteria that will help many students.

The faculty of SIT is just awesome. They are really helpful and they take care of each and every student. Some teachers are a little bit arrogant and their teaching style is a little bad but some are just good. Some faculties have done Ph.D. too. They provide their own notes which are very helpful in the examination.

Internship opportunities are available from the 7th semester in which college provides different roles at different places and companies with a minimum stipend 2k per month. Also we can try for internship at own level. College used to shares link , poster and many details about internship on different places like intenshala, InfyTQ, government roles and many more.

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus drive. In the campus(STES)Tcs, Infosys, Amazon, Japan third party and many more companies visited and nearly in every year they provides 100+ placements to SIT students. Only one drawback is here that, for campus drive we have to go to the others sinhgad colleges like Sinhgad Ambegaon and some others where many major mncs come to hire the students. Also some companies come to Lonavala campus too.

FE : 132500 SE: 118500 TE: 107500 Fees hike is high which is a little bit of a headache for students to complete their fees. But students from reservations quota they have less fees like 60000, Some has 40k even some categories has 9k and 3k fees too.

The campus atmosphere is very good. It has lots of greenery, mountains. Also college in Lonavala, so as Lonavala is a already a hill station. we can imagine beauty of the campus. Infrastructure is also good and even college is expanding the infrastructure. In the college there are lots of clubs like IEEE, ACES, ACM and many more which helps students to enhance their skills.
