Remarks

Already big tech companies like Infosys, jio, topper, Airtel, and other companies like tata, Mahindra, etc are partners of debit college which is very nice. Placements are based on cgpa of the student, so if you get a good cgpa then placements will be nice, internships are also placed in college for students.

I chose IT because it's related to the software part in which I have interest. College is good in teaching programming and coding part practically for IT and CS students,also IT placements in this college are good . Avg 4 LPA is the placement currently in DBIT. Due to Covid 19 Placements are down lately but it can reach upto 5LPA. This college is best for IT students and engeneers who got mediocre percentile in cet or JEE mains .

Our clg provides best placements for software Eng. On an avg 5-4 LPA is provided in placement cells for the IT branch,placentment is provided by well-known renowned companies like jio, tata, Flipkart, topper, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Currently, our clg has a fee of 1,27,000 per year for all four branches but economically backward classes i.e family income less than 4 lakh will get scholorship of 50% OF FEE THROUGH MAHADBT. College faculty helps you to obt MAHADBT scholorship.faculty is so nice and helpful. I personally came to know about it through college. I am currently in 2 nd year and I got 50% reedeem cash from gov at end of 1 st year.

Campus Life

There are lots of clubs in DBIT. Almost every club you can imagine. This is possible because students have freedom to create new clubs , so many groups start their own unique clubs . Mostly hackathon and acim club ( popular clubs in engg) are also found to be patnered with DBIT so seniors of the clg run that club, There are football club and basketball club too. Good for sports lovers

MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. I got into DBIT post completion of my diploma so it was a DSE or Direct second year engineering entry students , I got EXTC engineering in the second CAP round . The college offers Engineering in 4 Branches namely Computer Engineering , IT , EXTC, and Mechanical and students can get admission through either by doing 12th or after diploma . For students who have did 12th the college accepts admission through MHTCET and JEE the cutoff are usually high above 90+ percentile for Computer and IT branch while slightly low 80%+ for EXTC and Mechanical branch. The college has a overall seats of 120 seats in computer engineering Dept 60 of which are reserved for Christian Students. MH-Cet percentile of 97 is required as even though it was lockdown when i took admission the cut-off was still that. DBIT MUMBAI : where learning meets vibrant campus life .

i didnt applied to other colleges because my sister used to study in DBIT so i was sure the college will be good . while i also thought i was elegible for the college so i preferred DBIT for its approachable faculty and industry connections. the adimission process at DBIT involves eligibility based on 12th- grade marks and MHT-CET schores with atypical cutoff arounf 85-90 percentile for IT. the process is smooth, with a centralized counseling ensuring transpency. rejections elsewhere were due to higher cutoffs but DBIT has proven to be a great choice overall....Read More
