The admission process is relatively simple but time-consuming. All the details are available on the college website and seem very straightforward. The admin could be more accommodating and cooperative.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was in line with my future aspirations. The faculty was decent with a good student-to-teacher ratio however some professors were much better than the others. The exams were always as per the university timetable and offline exams were at par with internals and other exams.
Internships Opportunities
The internship cell was one of the best across the DU circuit and with a highly professional and capable team. The internship fair by the Internship Cell invited more than 40 companies with 70+ internship options to choose from.
Placement Experience
Students were eligible for placements from the 5th semester and it was a very thorough process with strict policies. The highest placement offer was for 19.25Lakhs CTC and the average offer was 5-6Lakhs CTC. More than 75 companies visited campus but most were backend roles, with few exceptions.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees were same throughout the 3 years of college but it was definitely much lower as compared to private institutes. There were mutliple merit based scholarships and internship opportunities however the selection process was a little course baised.
Campus Life
Campus life was amazing in terms of extracurriculars and social groups. The clubs/societies run by students were some of the best across the campus and had a great learning curve. Classrooms were decently maintained but the other facilities like seminar rooms and auditorium could be improved.
