I have taken admission in heritage institute of technology, Kolkata in cse in (data science). I got admission through wbjee counselling I got a good rank in wbjee exam that is 3800. And I opted for data science. Here the campus is just wow better than any private college in Kolkata. Here the canteen is too big you can have your breakfast lunch or anything you want, prices are reasonable here. The campus of heritage institute of technology is big, you will get many playgrounds where you can play any sports you want to. The sports facility is good here, the college has a basketball court, tennis court, and nets for cricket practice. Here the placements are very good. If you have chosen computer science engineering in this college the chances for your placements are about 100 percent. Many IT companies visit here like TCS, Infosys, Wipro these are mass recruiters. Almost all students are hired by these mass recruiters that gives the average package of approx 4 lakhs. The student of other branches.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have opted for cse in data science at the heritage institute of technology. the course has a duration of about 4 years. BTech in data science and machine learning are new streams that are introduced in this college in the year 2021. Faculty members are too supportive here.
