College Review of Sunandan Divatiya School of Science, NMIMS by batch of 2018-21

Before 2019 the admission of students is based on their 12th board Maths mark and overall all percentage in 12th. But now they have started using the entrance exams (NPAT). All the information on the courses, fees, campus, etc. is available on the official website of the NMIMS.

I choose this course because it is an emerging field in the upcoming years. Some faculty and their style of teaching are awesome and students enjoy studying in their classes. But on the other hand, some of them are average, but the good part is if the whole class complains about that teacher to the higher authority, then they will replace that teacher but the process will take a lot of time. The internal exams were pretty easy to pass if you have studied them properly. But the final sem-end exams are very difficult and there is no scope for students to use any unfair means while the exam is going on.

In the final i.e. 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. In recent times Deloitte has selected around 15 students at an annual salary of 4 Lakhs. The 2nd company Equity has hired only 3 students at an annual salary of 8 Lakhs. But the placement cell will improve over time. Around 70- 80% of the students got placements who have applied in the placement cells.

If you have properly studied in your college life and have all skill, then you will get the job in the renowned companies with an average salary of 4 Lakhs.

The Annual fest of our college is Mr. And Ms. Excalibur. It is the biggest event of our college. Here students from different colleges take part in various activity and this event held for 2 days. The 2and biggest event of the college is Sports Day, in which various sport activity are scheduled. There are various club in the college such as E-cell, SRC, Logistics club, Student Council etc. Which conduct atleast 1 event every month. College has 2 library which can be excess by student any time and all the books which is required for the courses is available. They have their own e-library where you can excess the books online.
