Remarks

Best place for education, i was very happy that i completed my graduation from there. I want to mention about our B.Sc department, really great environment for studies. Our department was totally different from others as it was an another part of our college. Teachers were very friendly

Course Curriculum Overview

our syllabus was changed on that year, but our teachers were amazing. They always helped us to complete our syllabus with their valuable notes on chapter wise. So we never worried about it. Great environment, best teachers & we also got job offers when we were in 3rd year. So everything was perfect

Placement Experience

I got job opportunities when i was in B.Sc final year. It was a Medical Representative Company. So there have many job opportunities if you continue your study with B.Sc Bio Science. After completed my final year i got a placement.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

1. Students generally get eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester of the M.Sc. course. 2. Deperments like Biotechnology,Botany,Zoology have placement support. 3. Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

My mysterious college life

I got selected for other colleges too for this course . But I took admission in this college over any other colleges because of the faulty that I have heard from my brother . Another reason is the location. Yes it's the another reason as it's really easy to find out this college . And our college is just 1 min away from the metro station gate no 3. And any bus is available from that place . The college rating is also good . I got rejected from 1 particular college but I've no regret for that . The eligibility criteria of our college is that one have to get atleast 70 % for general and 45% for sc st and other . Admission is way more easy...Read More
