Remarks

I have chosen this college because of the best placement offers and exposure in West Bengal which I I found in ILEAD. I chose this course because I want to become a photographer and it teaches all the skills for that.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are helpful, supportive, well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very good, and mostly they prefer slides at the time of teaching. The course curriculum is relevant, and it helps students to be ready to enter into the industrial field.

Class Size: 53Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

Approximately 70% of the students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered is 2-3 LPA, the minimum salary package offered is 1 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Almost 60% of the students got an internship in many top companies.

College Events

Our college conducts many extracurricular activities full of crowds because of lots of diversity in our college. The main event is College Fest, for which we always for that time to come, there is a different vibe for that.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Well, I didn't apply to any other colleges because it was not necessary and there are not many colleges in kolkata for interior designing, and that also this good.
