Among few elite government colleges of uttar pradesh,all the students got admitted here are brilliant in more than many ways.Things one can like about this college is-located at bank of river gomti,greenery all around,hostel facility is quite ok,academic pressure is very less,departments like-electrical and civil are best of the this institute.Time to time various cultural,sports,fine arts and many more events are conducted.Good banding between junior and senoir.i had opted this course because of my interest in electronic devices and want to know deep about integrated chips and communication.
Course Curriculum Overview
curriculum is decided by university itself,we had to complete the particular sections of that in a given semester,at every two months sessional tests were conducted,marks of these tests and attendance percentage were used to give internal marks to every student.After sixth semester industrial training is mandatory for every student.In electronics good faculties are-Mr.A.K SinghMr.Y.K Mishra
Placement Experience
placements depend upon market,if inflation is not there placement is good,companies like tcs,idea,tech-m,mediatek,soma costructions are regular visitors of campus,offcampus placement is also there. placemnet cell is managed by students only with the help of faculty,students there are mostly tried to crack gate and mba entrance exams.
College Events
campus life at this college is awesome,time to time various events are organized,Main thing is that the organizers are students themselves,by organizing such events one call learn many things.Events like fine arts competition,games,dancing,skit,singing are organized.Various student council and every branch council is there.sports event named- Tvaran,cultural fest-Effulgence is organized at every alternate year,
Fees and Financial Aid
based on your rank and after first year based on your year percentage scholarship is granted to studious guys irrespective of their category.sc/st students and economically weaker students are granted scholarship of rupees 80 thousand.
Campus Life
sports facilities are quite ok, basket ball court,badminton court,tennis court,table tennis,cricket ground,volleyball,football,javelin throw almost all games are played there.wi-fi facility is best at campus,library is also there in which special privileges are given to reserved category candidates.Labs are ok.
Hostel Facilities
yes i had opted for hostel,in first year hostel is allotted to every student and for upcoming years hostel facility is based on your result viz:- if you have good marks than you have option to choose your room and as well as your room partner(room partner's mark dose not matter), special hostel for reserved category students is there,separate hostel for boys and girls and guards are deployed at every hostel.from first to third year hostel is sharing basis in final year single room is allotted(all these things depend upon your semester marks) in case you area low scorer may be this can happen no hostel is allotted or sharing room is allotted to you.
