Remarks

Best Faculty, friendly atmosphere, opportunity for co-curricular activities, I choose M.Sc Maths, as Maths was my favourite subject and I wanted to be a Maths teacher so that I may be able to share my knowledge with others and facilitate them for making their career.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus was opted and it was revised in my batch. Yes! they provided us good industrial exposure. The faculties were amazing. I can count endlessly for the names of best faculties: Dinesh Khattar, Jyoti Bhola, Amita Ma'am, Preeti Dharmatra.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 14000 per year

There were many companies who visited our college for campus placement like Samsung, E&Y, google. Even I got my first job through campus placement itself. The placement cell of our company is very good. Many students got job through campus placement itself.

College Events

I managed my department fest with other members. Also participated as a volunteer in college fest. My job was to manage various activities and games arranged for the entertainment of college students.

Campus Life

It was good. The library was very good. I always found the book. It was air-conditioned also. Sports facility was also good. We used to play basket ball in the court. The classrooms were airy. There were 3 big gardens also. Our college canteen was one of the best canteens of Delhi University colleges.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

BEYOND THE BOOKS COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was overall good and being a economics honours courses it was challenging at times. The course offers many things for students interms of their further academic pursuits or any placement they are looking for. Talking about the areas of improvement and teaching methods there are none. The exams of the respective subject are to happen. They take test 1 , test 2 and there is final exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
