Remarks

One of my primary purposes behind joining this College was it's framework, when I went for the Campus visit, through the College everything was wonderful beginning from study halls, library to coach room. The grounds were all around structured.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members here are good and also very knowledgeable. Their teaching skills are good. You need to pay attention to listen to them, and they are helpful also. If you have any query, you can clear them with the help of teachers.

Placement Experience

Placements are not that good in our college. You need to opt for off- campus placements drives. So, I suggest you not to depend on college placements as they won't provide you with any placements. Only a few companies may visit the college, and that too offer low profile jobs. The salary packages offered are also not good.

College Events

There are a great deal of occasions during the Fest in our College and consistently there are seminars for the students of College and occasions fest is there, numerous students take part in the Annual Fest of the College i.e Managedia.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Well, I didn't apply to any other colleges because it was not necessary and there are not many colleges in kolkata for interior designing, and that also this good.
