Remarks

The lab facilities are equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities. The environment is conducive to learning, and the administration is highly superb, strict, and encourages discipline and other qualities. College is just a platform for the students and it is the students who are going to get the job. So, if a student has the caliber and talent then no doubt which ever college he is studying in he will definitely get a job. Still, I would like to say, my college is a very good college both from the point of view of academic performance and facilities. The best part is that it is very close to my location.

Entrance Preview

The eligibility criteria for the course is nothing but just a pass percentage in PCM from any recognized board like CBSE and also you need to be active and physically fit. I got 65% in 12th from St. Cecilia's Public School, New Delhi.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The structure is divides into six semesters plus one with the internship, these involve concepts of Electrical Fundamentals, Material & Hardware, Basic Aerodynamics, Aviation Legislation. The course is well designed and anyone can easily study with the course and score good marks in the exam.

Internships Opportunities

The internships are not given any importance by the college, so those students who want to do it, need to do it on their own. No information is given about the internships in different companies as well.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements in Star Aviation Academy are the best. If you have any special talent or some new ideas, then you got a better package. Here, packages started from 3 lakh per annum to 22 lakh per annum. According to your CGPA, you got job chances. A minimum 6.5 CGPA is needed in every semester. Companies that visit are Indigo, Tata, Air Asia, Spice jet, go air and many more like BSF.

College Events

4

Cultural events in the college are very good and impressive. Technical fests are also organised in our college which makes people smart because it is fully organised by the students of the college and all the work is done by the students. Our cultural fest is the biggest cultural fest held in the city. We do not have big sponsors but it is quite enjoyable.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The tution fees for the 6 semesters is 55,000 per semester and admission fee is 30,000 plus 40,000 for the other charges like uniform, library and books.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are not offered to the students as there are less no. of seats available in the college so not many are able to get through hence they do not offer scholarships. Loans are also not provided.

Campus Life

4

The campus is totally covered with a high-speed Wi-Fi . Here, you can join any sports that you want. All classrooms are fully AC and projector equipped. Our university is well equipped with all latest technology. Our university is producing self-energy resources like wind, biogas, solar etc. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled and all our classrooms are well equipped with all necessary needs like adequate space to move around, digital projector, a podium and well-ventilated classrooms. We have a 3 floor library which consists of many books and we even have separate department libraries for each department. We have 24/7 ambulance service in the campus to rush to the nearest hospital. in addition to it, we have many dispensaries in and around the campus.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel facilities are also good. The food quality is also good. You can take mess as well as food in the canteen. Wi-Fi is provided in the first-year hostels and the academic building. There are LAN ports in senior hostels.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors are very cooperative except for some who are very mean and do not help in any way and instead increase our troubles by teasing. Alumni visits the college for guest lectures.

Exam Structure

Classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies and presentations. An equal weightage of 50% is given to both internal and external exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both, planned as well as surprise in nature. Although surprise tests are not very common but students try and stay as up-to-date as possible in some subjects.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty has a good experience. All teachers are good in behaviour and communication. All of them are trying their best to better the life of students. Teachers used good ways to teach students. They did tutorials as well as practicals with students to make them understand everything.

Placement Experience:

Still it is new college you know that there is no certain records of placement. I am from 2nd batch of this college. But I would say it will provide enough good packages. In 2nd year you have to sit for internship as per the curriculum of this college. so out of 107 seniors, 85 students grabbed intership from the 2nd year. We hope we also be able to grab internship in 3rd year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am in the computer science and engineering branch. I want to be a software developer and I am passionate about coding and I love to code that's why I am chosen this branch. The faculty members of my college are awesome and helpful. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. They cooperate with students in every situation . they focus much on the weak student so they can also pass the exam. they use the blackboard and smart classes both to teach the student effectively. we have industrial exposure also. the well built spacious will have no importance if not for the wonderful faculty the college has. All are faculty members are highly knowledgeable and done their post graduation from one of the top colleges like IITS. and most of the teachers are GATE qualified and even it is not once. they are writing the exam regularly. so, if you prepare for the GATE exam, then you can get great help from them. they used to prepare us for the GATE exam, along with academics

I am a Delhite and my college is on outskirts of Delhi and also i being residing near du north campus used to think i will enjoy the same college life. but being into a professional (b.tech) course gave me a different view of college and its life. i came to know how to lead a professional ethic life, learnt some good meaningful things.college management is getting strict day by day for laws against students but the other tasks like things that need to be get done from peon are not getting done. ac's dont work even after complaints. in total the college needs a great improvement else it will keep running the business with no fruits.
