Remarks
The college is affiliated to Anna University and located in SRM Main Campus Kattankulathur. Availability of campus feel and events was quite great. The Anna University brand helps later on in showcasing being a part of huge state university and getting acclaimed.
Course Curriculum Overview
Quite enriched experience. Should be more practical oriented. More technical companies could be accounted so as to ensure that there are better placements for technical students. Usually all the students have to get placed in IT sector.
Placement Experience
Majority of the companies were based out of Information Technology Industries comprising of Tata Consultancy Services, Capegemini, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and Mindtree etc. Apart from that there were certain other companies which picked a handful of students in the computer Science and Information Technology Departments
College Events
campus life was blend with the students of SRM University. The students were allowed to participate in various events of SRM university along with the events of their own. there were several national level symposiums also organized by the college
Fees and Financial Aid
No Scholarships. Semester toppers were awarded with mere amount of 2500 as a token of appreciation. Apart from this there were no other scholarships available based on merit. it was one of the negative aspects about the college
Campus Life
The campus is enabled with quite good infrastructure. There are around 3 basket ball courts, 2 lawn tennis clay courts, two cricket grounds, one auditorium shared with SRM. Outdoor Badmintor courts, volleyball courts, kho kho grounds etc.
