An honest review about this IIIT

I wrote jee , I looked for colleges only in south india as I'm from Tamilnadu. I cleared JEE MAINS and on the basis of my rank, I applied for many colleges. I was specifically looking for the top two engineering branches that is Computer Science and Electronics and Communication Engineering and have applied for many but could not get into it due to higher rank category. Earlier I got Civil Engineering in NIT SILCHAR then I got Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIIT KOTTAYAM. I preferred IIIT KOTTAYAM over NIT SILCHAR because of the branch since Electronics and Communication Engineering is considered the second best branch after Computer Science Engineering. Yes, I got rejection from other colleges because the eligibility criteria for those colleges were securing high rank but my rank was not up to the mark. To get into such colleges , students need to clear Jee Mains and secure a good rank to get into such colleges. For general category , students need to get the rank under 30000 to get admission to such colleges. Colleges are listed via Josaa Counselling. Admission procedure is the student need to bring some of the important documents such as 10th and 12th board marksheet , category paper , jee rank and other such important documents to get into the admission procedure. I also applied to IIITdharwad and i also got confirmed admission in it but have choosen this college because it has hot placements Yes, I got rejected in IIIT kancheepuram because my rank is not enough to get into that college All the IIIT's have same admission process first we need to give JEE Mains paper and then we have have to get enough rank to get a seat in this college , that process is done by JOOSA councelling and CSAB councelling In general one should get rank of below 30000 if he is a male and from general category...Read More

The college has a very attractive campus and it is very new so the facilities are also relatively new. The addmission process is only through JOSAA CSAP and DASA most students are picked through JOSAA where you are supposed to fill a table of ur ranking of the colleges you want to get into and based on if the seat is available compared to the other students JEE rank you can get the seat...Read More

The only reason I choosed this college is because of it placements but now they are worst for my batch almost 70 percent people are unplaced. and i choosed this college because i wanted cse and either i could get lower branches in top colleges or top branchs in low colleges. so i preffered choosing cse. i applied for NIT Suratkal, NIT Warangal mechanical BUt i felt CSE Would be much better so i end up landing here. the other reason why i preferad my college is because of its beautiful campus. yes i got rejected from nit surathkal cse because my jee rank was low...Read More
