Techno India University gives aspirants management experience with the starting of B.Com course. Aspirants who are seeking admission, should have the marksheet of 12th pass category. The university prefers TNJEE score with valid marks for the candidates.

Course Curriculum Overview

B.Com syllabus offers subjects like - Corporate Tax, Financial Law, Economics, Accounts etc. The syllabus is divided in six semesters. B.Com course of this college imparts managerial skill among students while focusing on a particular business area. Faculty conducts with the students in a helping manner.

Placement Experience

TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some foreign companies participate in the placement drive of the college. 90% students get placement in good companies with good packages. The placement includes higher studies. The average package of the college moves around Rs 5 LPA which seems good for the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many companies help the college with donation. It depends on seat capacity of a particular course. Students have to pay semester fee before each semester exam. They can join for internship from the 3rd year.

Campus Life

The campus of the university is colourful. Students work in free mind in the institute. The library to cafeteria hygiene is maintained everywhere. Alumni of the college make their reunion in the college's annual fest.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
