Remarks

When I first went to see the college. I saw the college is beautiful and also the college is very big, almost 80 acres. And this is very renowned college of Barasat and my teacher told me to apply for the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is very advanced. We get our study materials free of cost and in lockdown also. Our teachers are very helpful. We get mock interview and 4 internals exam and grooming classes. Course is very good.

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

Job offers like salesman, sales manager, digital marketing executive etc we get. Many grooming session are taken by our campusing department. Salary packages can hike up to 250000 rupees per annum. This is good as per the tuition fees.

College Events

In the winter a marathon race named run for education held in our college. We organize many acivities like tree plantation and blood donation etc in our college. Many cultutal festivals and college fest are very enjoyable. Many guest came to our college.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
