My college is affiliated with DU University So we all know to take admission to any DU college we have to fill DU admission online form After that cutt off the list is allotted according to your 12th Percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview

In my college there so many courses like B.SC, B.com, BBA etc are available I am B.sc students. I got admission in B.sc because I am a PCM student and acc. to my percentage in 12th is 90% class course B.sc in physical science with computer science. There so many teachers are highly they have done M.sc, PHD and there my course duration is 3yrs there are 2 sessional in each year. And approx fees around is 8000 rs.

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 7900 per year

Internships Opportunities

After 5 semesters you apply for a college internship there are so many forms out by college for students and students and also do on their own. Companies form internships like Ernst, Tech Mahindra, British telecom etc.

Placement Experience

College placement is good for students. And after 5 semesters there are so many forms out by for internships for students if you want you good from college and college gives full opportunity to get placement. The average placement of the package of students is 2.5lakhs per annum. During placement their so many companies came in college Like Ernst, tech Mahindra, British telecom etc came

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees Of my course is 8000rs per year and the duration of the course is 3 years and there so many scholarships for SC, ST and OBC and scholarships for Merit students according to their percentage in 1st yrs.

Campus Life

Campus Life is too good for students and a friendly environment for students for study and there for so clubs, Sports and some extracurricular activities are there for students. Water Drinking, Library Etc which are essential for students available in the college campuses.

Interview Experience

To take in any DU college we have to fill the Online Du form After Cut off allotted according to students percentage and the choice filling came students can choose their college and course according to their percentage and after that is documents verification.

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

College life in Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), DU

This college was no.1 in my CUET preference list. I did few other courses for safer side but this course as well college was my top choice as it covers a lot of areas which are taught in MBBS and is quite interesting. Delhi University has 3 colleges for Biomedical Sciences, in which ANDC is the top college in terms of ranking that's why out of all three colleges this was my first choice. A few other options that I kept for me was microbiology, biochemistry in colleges such as Gargi and Deshbandhu. The college accepts your scores from CUET in subjects biology, chemistry and physics. The acceptance is done on the basis of your scores as well as your preference list. As this college was first on my preference list, I didn't get to face any rejection. The cutoffs for my admission year of 2024 was around 425+ for general category....Read More
