NIT Agartala Review

NITs are quite popular for their placement record and education quality. NIT Agartala is one of the oldest institutes of India that is quite popular for its education system The candidate must clear the CAT exam and must secure a minimum of 50% in their graduation program followed by Gd round and the PI round after clearing GD round. I choose NIT Agartala because it has a good placement record and the return on investment looks promising.

The college curriculum of the program is according to the latest industrial norms of MBA. The curriculum develops and polishes the managerial skills of students so that they can not only make a way in the corporate world but can lead the organization from the front. The curriculum is a proper blend of theoretical and practical industrial visits to understand the corporate working environment.

Companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, TCS visit the campus during the internship program. Most of the internship is provided to technological students but MBA students are also not left out. The placement cell will help you for internship and if you are unable to opt for a campus internship you can opt for an off-campus internship and even the committee help you in that process.

The college has a good placement record. As I told you the return on investment is great. The placement committee will guide you throughout the placement drive. companies like Accenture, IBM, McAfee, Google and Morgan Stanley, Mahindra, IBM, ABB Limited, Axis Bank, Havells, HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, Karvy Group, Samsung visit the campus during the placement drive of the college. the highest package for our batch went up to 18 LPA and the average package was around 9 LPA. Around 25+ companies participated in the college placement drive. I also received a package of 10 LPA from Mahindra.

The college offer a wide variety of scholarship programs for SC/ST?PD students. Scholarship for merit students is also available. I was not able to qualify for a scholarship so I have to pay a complete fee. NIT Agartala also offers the facility of education loans from the partnered banks and the college admission department provides you with the partner bank list for education loans and helps you out in the process. The college life of the campus is good. The college provides an ample environment for studies. The campus life of the college is largely confined to studies. The college organized events and sports activities where students take part. The classroom is big and spacious and the college library is good and modern all types of books are available. the college library s heaven for the book readers. The college administrative staff is very cooperative and helpful. The seniors of the college are also friendly. Students spent most of their time in the canteen of the college.

The hostel rooms are available on sharing basis. The mess food is oaky and the menu keeps on changing. The hostel is kept very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. Each room is equipped with a bed, separate almirahs for students and a separate study table for every student. The college warden is strict but the rest of the staff is very cooperative and supportive. The college is equipped with all the basic facilities for students. Students don't have to worry about the security in the college.

The faculty of the college is professional and most of the faculty are of Ph.D. level from the reputed institution of India. The faculty blends the traditional and modern teaching methods in a way that each and every concept is clear. The faculty are very motivating and helpful for students.
