Remarks

The reservation benefits which I availed was for OBS the cut off Was above 60% and for open above 70%. The application form is to be filled out online on the Indira website the college faculty helps in filling in the form. No, the admission process is quite smooth here. I didn't face any problems.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The faculty here is very supportive, mostly it offers opportunities to grow, learn new things, explore new things, seminars are conducted to make us aware of every other thing going on. The teaching method of each teacher is different, and the teachers make the topic more interesting for students by giving projects and tasks on the subjects The faculty made sure to prepare us from every side that we would not face any difficulty in exams. Teachers paid attention to each student individually if they didn't understand anything. The faculty of Indira is the best faculty all the teachers are highly educated.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Echo Lily Entertainment Pvt Ltd is a company that offered internships for this 2022 year. The stipend offered is task-based. this internship offers an opportunity to learn and understand the exciting space of NFTs which has multiple applications and work in a team that will also give an opportunity to plan and implement social media strategies for a startup brand.

Placement Experience

5

From 2nd year the placements get started. Mostly top recruiting MNC Companies like Infosys, atos Syntel, Wipro, cognizant, Deloitte, Capgemini, Accenture, max, jio, LTI, TCS, neosoft, nucsoft, upgrade, and FSI. The highest package offered is by Deloitte of 3.8lac and the minimum package offered is 2lacs. Most 90% of students get placed. My plans after graduation are to gain experience in an MNC company and opt for Higher education after graduation.

Fees and Financial Aid

The campus placement cell is very supportive and guided us through each and every process of our placement. I got placed in a company last month with a package of 3.3 lacs. Our placement cell tries to bring as many companies as they can bring. Till now mostly 80% of students got placed in MNC companies. Many more companies are still visiting and till the end of the course, each and every student will get placed company.

Campus Life

5

The gusto function here is the biggest function every year. But due to corona these 2 years there was no gusto function. The gusto function is mostly held in January month. The library is quite big with all the availability of academic books and reference books. Class is also well maintained and regularly cleaned. Every year 1 outdoor activity is arranged for 1st-year students called OMT(Outdoor Management Team).

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
