Remarks

The admission process was CET Cell. The entrance exam for admission to this college is MHT CET. We can apply through CET Cell and cut off this college for EnTC branch was around 91% percentile. The eligible criteria for application in this college are the person has passed the 12th board exam with a minimum of 50% and he must have given the MHT CET exam.

I chose EnTC course because it has equal opportunity in both the private and government sectors. Student ratio means on average there are near about 60 students in each branch. Most of the teachers are a doctorate in their field and some are about to complete their doctorate some have done their masters.

As now I am in 1st year I don't know about any projects related to an internship at this stage I am not aware of this. Name of companies that offer campus placement in our college are byjus, Infosys, TCS, Amazon, Google, these are the companies that give placement to EnTC, IT, and CS students.

After 7th-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies visit colleges for campus placement such as Infosys, Byjus, TCS, Amazon, Google, etc. Near about 75% of students get placed in college. The highest package of 2021 is 9 lac per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

As it is a government college the yearly fees of college are affordable for every person. Also, the college provides different types of scholarship on the basis of cast and the income of candidate. Many companies come to the college to provide internships and jobs through campus about 75% of students get placed every year.

Campus Life

The campus of the college is very beautiful and full of greenery, various types of induction programs and talent showing programs are conducted. Each student gets 5 books free of cost from the library of college which is very beneficial. Classrooms are very big and comfortable for students with a beautiful atmosphere. Various types of sports are their like cricket, football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, chess, table tennis and etc.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Life in GECA, not so good but still you enjoy it.

Due to the reputation of being a government college and autonomous status and also due to city vibes, I chose this one. I was getting private pune engineering colleges but the fees and other expenses dosen't make sense to the features they provide. You need to give mhtcet examand score maybe 90+ percentile to make your sure your place. And cutoff for tech branches of cse, it, ENTC is pretty high. Minimum 95 percentile is required....Read More
