I got in through WEBJEE 2nd round of counseling and the admission procedure is pretty simple as well as convenient. After paying a sum of 40k for counseling the college would take another 39k for admission procedure.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is vast and since it's affiliated to MAKAUT it pretty much follows everything under the direct curriculum laid down by MAKAUT and as well as the teaching and staff members are concerned it's pretty decent and does the work.
Internships Opportunities
There are various companies that start recruiting 3rd year interested candidates for internships based on screening tests and projects for various roles such as data tracker, assistant developer, associates etc.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible to take part in placement and internships offered by the college from 3rd year and the package also is good if not the best and has a placement rate of more than 90% with an avg package of 4-5 L/p.a. The top companies are TCS, cognizant, wipro, Infosys, hitachi, Microsoft etc. My palns though after getting placed is to become a data analyst in big data.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for 1st sem is 56k and afterwards it's 65k for each semester and if you're opting for financial aid under the scholarship SVMCM it gives you a sum of 60k/yr which also reduces the 4 yr course fees.
Campus Life
Though our first 2 years were offline and couldn't attend any fests and events physically but the seniors and the proffesors did their best to match the same amount of hype and excitement by conducting those exact same events and fests in online mode. In the library you'd get pretty much any books you are looking for and as far as clubs and inter club events are concerned there is a club for everything like literature club, sports club, robotics club etc.
