Remarks

All the procedures is already very perfect . There is no need to alter it and do not modified it. Admission process is very easy and simple. You no need to worry a lot about it. Moreover, admission process does not consume much time. It is simple and effective.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had BSc Hons. With computer science. There were six, 6, semesters overall. All the semesters had exams at the end. We should have to pass that in order to get passed or promoted to next semester. Exams were not that much tough.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In my college, there were many social groups and clubs for various kinds of activities. There were many internship opportunities in which we were engaged. We really had a good experience of that. We used to enjoy it a lot in activity.

Placement Experience

My college placement starts from the second semester onwards. Companies offer a handsome amount to students even after the only first semester. I studied further. The percentage of getting placement was also okay.

Fees and Financial Aid

I do not get any financial assistance from the college. But there were a lot of scholarships for different kinds of students. Who belongs to SC or ST. Physically handicapped or something else. I have a sports quota by the way.

Campus Life

Like in college is very enjoyable means we had a lot of funs. I used to play football and I was in the football team of college too. We used to enjoy our colleges days. I participated in various competitions.

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

College life in Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), DU

This college was no.1 in my CUET preference list. I did few other courses for safer side but this course as well college was my top choice as it covers a lot of areas which are taught in MBBS and is quite interesting. Delhi University has 3 colleges for Biomedical Sciences, in which ANDC is the top college in terms of ranking that's why out of all three colleges this was my first choice. A few other options that I kept for me was microbiology, biochemistry in colleges such as Gargi and Deshbandhu. The college accepts your scores from CUET in subjects biology, chemistry and physics. The acceptance is done on the basis of your scores as well as your preference list. As this college was first on my preference list, I didn't get to face any rejection. The cutoffs for my admission year of 2024 was around 425+ for general category....Read More
