Remarks

I took the MHT-CET entrance exam. After getting results in my hand-filled admission application form of MIT from the official website, a few days later I received a call from MIT and the admission procedure started.

Course Curriculum Overview

MIT follows a trimester pattern, each trimester has 5 subjects atleast so in a year we have 15 subjects that keep us busy and focused on studies consistently. Faculties are very supportive and help in any kind of doubts. I chose the Computer Science Engineering course because I always wanted to study computers. Faculties are mostly PG or Ph.D. qualified, they teach the syllabus thoroughly way better than any SPPU college I think. And as college follows a trimester pattern we have 3 term exams in a year i.e. 1 term exam in each trimester.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 295000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We had more than 200 companies offering internship stipends and no stipend with the highest stipend of 50K monthly in NVIDIA. Getting internship opportunities in various companies like MNCs, startups, etc.

Placement Experience

I haven't reached to placement part yet, but as far as I know, more than 50% of students get placed with an average package of 7-8L. Around 200 companies visit colleges for placement. Personally, I am planning for a Master's degree ahead so I might not opt for the placement procedure.

Fees and Financial Aid

Being a private university fees is definitely higher than SPPU colleges. Studying online due to lockdown really made me satisfied because I couldn't enjoy campus life, fests, etc. But if your grades are best in college you will get a scholarship.

Campus Life

Due to lockdown, I couldn't enjoy campus life but the annual fest & tech fest which is majorly conducted from Jan to March month is amazing. One can't find a better fest than MIT in Pune. The college has two very big libraries and one can find any book he wants.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities. So called MITWPU-Pune

i had applied for ahemdabad university as well. I got admission there as well but i was waiting for confirmation of admission from this college. I chose this college over AU just because this one was located in Pune-the IT hub, and they had made pretty good name all these years. MIT-WPU is world class!!

MIT has its own evaluation test and also 12th marks minimum of 60% in PCM for general category is just. For SC/ST and OBC is 50% and also get respite in entrance scores and fees as well.
