Remarks
The minimum eligibility criteria for the course is that the students must be 12th pass out. He should also pass WBJEE or JEE mains entrance exam. You can get the application form, application fees, and application date details on the WBJEE website. For outsiders, there are no reservations benefits. All outsider candidates are considered as general candidates and if your domicile is of West Bengal you can get some reservations for TFW candidates.
Course Curriculum Overview
All the teachers are well qualified some of them are from IIEST and Jadhavpur. Most of the teachers are highly experienced. Teachers of the IT department are strict and believe in discipline. There are 12 girls out of 68 students. There are four theory exams and two practical exams are conducted before any semester. The college follow the curriculum according to the syllabus provided by MAKAUT. So the course is relevant and efficient enough to make students industry-ready.
Placement Experience
In IT DEPARTMENT over 90% of eligible students gets placed in a company. The Highest package of college was also from the IT department. My plans after the completion of the course are also to get placed in a good company with a good package.
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fee is 484000Rs. Basically, some scholarship is provided by respective State governments to the meritorious students. During the 6th sem students get the opportunity for an internship that pays some amount to the students.
Campus Life
Samarth is a famous club in the field of preparation for the civil services exams. There are so many clubs like Geekonix, Semritans, IIC, etc. Geekonix is a technical club.IIC is best for personal development and focuses on business ideas.
