Remarks
The course was available for the people with either 12th percentage 90% or above or with jee mains rank 120000 or below, people can apply to JUIT by visiting the online website or by visiting the campus as well. please visit the juit site to check the eligibility criteria for reserved benefits, in the end, admission was fairly simple after filling the intrust form on the website I got an email within a day or to and i only had to pay the complete or partial fees before the specified time, and i received the student id before a week of 1st semester. This fee was refundable within the first month of 1st semester, once you complete the time period of 1 month we submitted the documents required to complete the admission form.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in computer science engineering, and this college was recommended by a family member, faculty-student ratio is about 1:25 or 30, all faculty members are Ph.D. from honorable institutes of India or foreign, their teaching methods vary from person to person but they make it easy to understand. every semester we had 3 exams with weightage distribution 15 25 and 60, I would say from 1 to 5 it was about 4 in difficulty.
Internships Opportunities
Google offers internship opportunities in web development, Nevada on artificial intelligence,infosys on cyber security and to be fair it depends on the demands the companies have overall it gives fair internship opportunities.
Placement Experience
From 3rd sem students are eligible for campus placements, amazon, google, Wipro, info sys are some of the companies visits for placements. placement rate of campus is 99% with an average of 7 LPA and can go up to 32 LPA, I am planning for campus placements to google.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees per sem are rs106000/sem for 1st and 2nd sem,rs115250/sem for 3rd and 4th sem, 1210000/sem for 5th and 6th sem , and for 7th and 8th sem it's 127050/sem. also, we have to pay caution money rs 10,000 when we register but is refundable after the completion of the course.
Campus Life
Lee Festus is the annual fest of the college, Muriousis tech fest conducted every march or April, we have one of the biggest libraries in the whole of north India, classrooms are well equipped with projectors and boards, a pc for teachers, ad for students in particular lab as well. we have different clubs for a student's sports club, and TMV is 2 examples. and every year JYC organizes several club activities for students.
Hostel Facilities
The room was equipped with beds a cupboard, table, chair, table lamp and mattress for every student, quality of food at just is 4/5 I would say, the menu is changed from time to time, hostel fees is 126000 per annum and includes food, clothes washing, hot air blowers during winter, etc. pg are available within 1 km of campus and can be oped as per intrust.
